Term 4 Week 1 Reflection

Friday 19 October

This week it has been the best ever because...

I loved the high jump & the sprints from athletics practise. The sprints were good because I got to race people that I know and tell them what place I got with NO hard feelings.  The high jump was AWESOME because I was good at it and I jumped the bar a lot without doing a thing called the flop where you jump the bar then don't do scissor kick and land on your bottom.

This week has ANOTHER reason why it was SO good a writer called Renata Hopkins came to our classroom, taught us a game and read us one of her stories. This was good because she has a clear voice as she was reading one of her many creations.

Yet another! This week had MOSTLY good weather so we could practise athletics which I am nervous about. We have also made a persuasive argument about a fruit or vegetable on why it is SO healthy and why the mind blowing fruit or vegetable should become elected. lots of laughs.

In conclusion, this week has been GOOOOOOOOOD and if I found a time machine I would go back to past to find this week.

Ramere 21 Mahuru reflection

Ramere 21 Mahuru

Hi,

What went well was the altar serving, it was fun because I got everything right and I thought I was good in it. Also in my math because I learnt the different types of charts & graphs, in which case, is something I hadn't known much before.

It could be even better if we did sprints more in the practise for athletics, I love sprints!

In conclusion this week was really fun!

Week 7 Term 3 Reflection

Ramere 14 Mahuru

Hi,

This week is Maori week so we do the date and the roll in Maori. It's also Social Justice week so we have been doing Prayers about the people that are Unique.

The badminton is over so we have moved fitness day from Wednesday to Thursday.

I think that Badminton was really fun and I want to try out more fast sport.

I wonder if Social Justice week will turn into Social Justice month.

I learned about scales, graphs and how to turn data (Random Numbers) into a scale or graph to prove either right or wrong.

Week 4 term 3 weekly reflection

Friday 17 August

Hi,

This week I have started to work on a dinosaur information report about T rex's and any other dinosaurs.

We had the feast day yesterday, it was good because I altar served at the school mass.

This week I have been continuing to learn the ukulele, some Maori language and went to the school library and read some books.  Like, the chords in ukelele, the Lord's prayer in Maori, what different sides a library has and the parts of a book.

Week 3 term 3 Weekly reflection

Friday 10 August

Hi,

This week I have been making Ferrymead information reports about the olden day schools, entertainment, toys and games and technology.

We have also been doing the instrument: ukulele which is a small guitar that has 4 strings, made out of wood and gets out of tune all the time.

My next learning step is to learn better at Cantamath which I do on Fridays. It's a lot of fun.

I have learnt this week more in multiplication and problem solving.

Also I have been learning in things such as the 7 sacraments and more about God.
